Sept 6 2011 Peach Blueberry Avocado

Ingredients:
1 ripe peach
1 cup fresh blueberries
1/2 ripe avocado
juice of 1 lime
1 cup ice
1 cup almond milk

Method:
Blend all ingredients together, pour and serve.

Blueberries tend to really thicken a smoothie, so allow it to 'melt' for a few minutes at room temp if you prefer a thinner consistency.

Aug 31- Apple Almond + Iron booster

Ingredients-
3 tbsp ground pumpkin seeds
3 tbsp greek yogurt
1.5 cups almond milk
1 cup applesauce
10 mL liquid iron & Vit B

Method-
